As a part of Chinese cultural promotion, in order to allow students to experiencetraditionalChinese culture,Confucius Institute for Traditional Chinese Medicine(CITCM) organised a Jiaozi (a traditional Chinese food) Workshop for students atErnest Bevin College(EBC) on 9th July.

Ernest Bevin College is one of the CITCM's 9 Confucius Classrooms. EBChas organisedvarious Chinese cultural activities. Althoughit was the first time for EBC to have a jiaozi workshop, EBC students showed great interest and enthusiasm.
