Taichi
 

 Taichi is considered as one of the great styles of Chinese martial arts. 'Taichi' implies two opposite yet complementary forces (Yin and Yang) as being the foundation of creation. It is based on the principle of softness overcoming hardness. Taichi is a good way to keep healthy. So, why not try this ancient oriental way to get fit, and put hard working gym exercises aside for a while?
