I am 61 years old.

I traveled to Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuxi, Hangzhou and Beijing out of interest in China about 20 years ago. And I had stayed in Guangdong Province for 2 years for work 5 years ago.

At that time, I thought it was a good opportunity to learn Chinese, so I learned some from my collegues and through self-study as well. But they were seldom used since we had some translators in company.

In this May, I worked in a company without translators. Then, I guess it would be another good chance to pick up my Chinese with pleasure and seriousness. After some disscusion with my friends, I was introduced to Chinese House.

13 hours course does not make great progress. But the difference from self-learning is that it is very interesting to study with my teacher. What I need to reflect on myself is my insufficeient preview and review on the lessons.

Due to my age, my memory is not as good as before. I hope I can learn Chinese with great pleasure later.

今61才です。

20年ほど前中国に興味を持ち、上海、蘇州、無錫、杭州、北京を旅行しました。そして5年前に仕事で広東省に2年駐在しました。

中国語を勉強するいい機会と考え、会社の中国人に少し（20時間位）教わったり、自分で本を買って勉強しました。しかし会社には通訳が数人いて仕事ではあまり使いませんでした。

今回5月から寧波に駐在となり、今度は日本人や専門の通訳がいない（日本語3級程度の人が一人いますが）会社での勤務となりました。

これもいい機会と考え、楽しみながら、少し真面目に勉強しようと思い、知人に相談したところ、紹介されてのが唐元中国語学校でした。

まだ、13時間程ですのでそんなに進歩したわけではないのですが、自分で勉強するのとは違って先生と一緒に教科書を読むのはとても楽しく刺激になります。

ただ予習復習が十分でなく反省しています。

 年なので物覚えがわるいのですが、今後も楽しみながら中国語を勉強していきます。
